Download the app and do your first 26 pushups in under two minutes.

Getting Started

Step 1 — Download the app

Download 26 Pushups on the App Store for iOS: apps.apple.com/in/app/26-pushups/id6463124363. Or join the Android waitlist at 26pushups.com. The app is free, no account required.

Step 2 — Do your baseline

On day zero, tap Start and do as many pushups as you can with good form. The app meets you where you are. If you can only do 3, start there.

Can't do a full pushup yet? Choose Wall or Knee mode — both count toward your streak.

Step 3 — Show up every day

The goal is 26 reps, every day. Some days easy, some days hard. All days count.

  • The app counts each tap as one rep.
  • When you hit 26, the day turns green on your streak grid.
  • Miss a day and the streak resets — no freezes, no tokens. The streak means something.

Set your reminder

Go to Settings → Reminder and pick a time. We send one push notification per day, at the time you choose. Nothing else.

Frequently asked questions

What if I miss a day? Your streak resets to zero. This is intentional — consistency is the point. Start again tomorrow.

How do I upgrade to Member? Tap Settings → Upgrade inside the app. Member is $29/year or $3.99/month. Cancel anytime.

Is my data private? Yes. Rep counts stay on your device. We don't sell data, we don't have a social feed, and we will never show you ads.
