You are responsible for deciding whether pushups or any variation are appropriate for your body. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or anything that does not feel right.
The app may track reps, streaks, reminders, forms, and progress history. These tools are motivational aids, not guarantees of fitness results.
Missed days, device settings, bugs, sync behavior, or operating-system limits may affect what the app can display or record.
Some features may be available through a Member plan, such as full form library access, longer history, or Apple Health integration.
If paid features are offered, pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and store policies are shown at purchase time and may also be governed by Apple or other platform rules.
Apple Health access is controlled by you through iOS permission prompts and Health settings.
If you connect Apple Health, you are responsible for choosing what 26 Pushups can read or write. You can change or revoke permissions in iOS settings.
The Android waitlist is for launch notification and product interest only. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a specific launch date, feature set, or early access slot.
