on your terms.

Apple Health support lets your pushup habit sit beside the rest of your health context without turning it into a public performance.

01 / Control

You choose the permissions

Apple Health access is controlled by iOS. 26 Pushups can only read or write categories you approve in the system permission prompt.

You can review, change, or revoke access any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.

02 / Minimum

Only what the feature needs

The integration should use the minimum Health access needed to connect your pushup work with your broader activity record.

The app experience is designed around reps, streaks, and workout consistency, not collecting extra health data for its own sake.

03 / Write

Keeping your activity record useful

When enabled, 26 Pushups can help your completed work appear in the health record supported by your device and permissions.

If permissions are denied or later revoked, the app should continue to work without Apple Health sync.

04 / Private

No leaderboard attached

Connecting Apple Health does not create a public profile, social feed, or ranking system.

Your device-level health permissions remain separate from the marketing site and Android waitlist.

05 / Disconnect

How to turn it off

Open iOS Settings or the Health app, find 26 Pushups under data access, and remove the categories you no longer want to share.

After access is removed, new Health reads or writes should stop unless you grant permission again.
